By ‘agreement’ I refer to the agreement concluded between the client and me for professional coaching, DISC profiling and/or training services, advice, workshops, lectures and/or speaking engagements.
1.3 Application of terms
These terms and conditions apply to all the offers, agreements and communication that takes place before and during the execution of the agreement. Deviations from these conditions are only binding if and when confirmed by me in writing.
2 Establishing an agreement
2.1 Booking coaching, DISC profiling and/or training sessions
To book coaching sessions, DISC profiling or training in order to enter into an agreement with me, you can contact me directly on firstname.lastname@example.org. All agreements will be explicitly confirmed in writing.
3.0 Rules of conduct & confidentiality
The client may expect that I exercise professional expertise to the best of my knowledge, in accordance with the requirements of professional conduct and the supplying of professional services. The client may expect me to pay due attention to the agreement, to stick to confirmed agreements and to be on time for appointments (in person as well as by telephone and/or online).
If, at any point during the agreement, I judge that I can not perform the requested professional coaching or training service within my framework of knowledge and expertise, I will ensure appropriate referral. I will not accept or continue any assignments if an independent and objective judgment is jeopardized by a personal relationship with the client.
I observe confidentiality, which means that I do not share confidential information provided by the client with third parties. This confidentiality will continue to exist after the agreement has been concluded. I ensure that there is a clear consensus between all parties involved about the assignments to be carried out. I reserve the right to discuss anonymous situations during peer consultation and professional supervision, with the aim of continuous development and the improvement of my services.
4.0 Cooperation of the client
The client provides the data, information and cooperation necessary to execute the professional service as agreed.
4.2 Coaching sessions
With regard to coaching, I expect the client(s) to actively take part in our sessions and show commitment to achieving their own goals. This means that homework assignments are given and are expected to be completed. An honest attitude from the client is expected, meaning that the client will be open about what is going on for them, that they do not withhold information for me or have a hidden agenda. I expect the client to adhere to agreements made (financially, practically, etc.), to be on time for the session (s) and appropriately prepared for those sessions and to have taken steps to ensure that there will not be any undue distraction during the session (s).
4.3 On-site coaching/DISC profiling/training
If I deliver professional services on site, practical necessities such as an appropriate space and environment must be provided in accordance with the needs of the client(s).
